The event serves as the series finale and takes place in the Arucas sports zone, where 50 obstacles will be set up. In the competition-oriented starting blocks for the Elite and Starter categories, participants will cover a distance of twelve kilometres in accordance with the OSO regulations. No obstacle may be skipped.
The general starting blocks are designed to encourage participation and a team spirit. Here, helping others is permitted, and skipping an obstacle is penalised with 15 burpees. Participants can start individually, in pairs or as a team.
There are three routes to choose from. The three-kilometre course is aimed at beginners as well as elite athletes who wish to compete on a short, new and fast route. The six-kilometre route is designed as an introductory distance. The longest route, covering twelve kilometres, takes participants through all the obstacles and the event's other challenges, either against the clock, as part of their own team or as a pair.
The event starts at 9:30 in Arucas.
