“Yo no moriré de amor” tells the story of Claudia, an 18-year-old who does not want to become her family's heroine, even though her mother's illness is changing life at home. Torn between family duty and the desire to make the most of her youth, she searches for a way to love without giving up on herself.
The film is directed and written by Marta Matute. The leading roles are played by Júlia Mascort, Sonia Almarcha, Tomás del Estal and Laura Weissmahr. The CIC El Almacén in Arrecife is screening the film on two consecutive evenings; this is the second screening.
