Almáciga Surfing 2026 is a surfing competition held at Playa de Almáciga in Santa Cruz, Tenerife. The championship counts towards the national junior circuit as well as the Canary Islands Open and Junior circuits, and is aimed at surfing fans, families and competitors. The winners in each category qualify directly for the 2027 Spanish Junior Championship, and will also receive scholarships and prize money.

The competition takes place in the Open and Junior categories as part of the Canary Islands Surf Circuit organised by the Canary Islands Surfing Federation. At the same time, the event counts towards the national junior circuit. The winners of each category will receive a direct place in the 2027 Spanish Junior Championships, without needing to qualify via the rankings. In addition, each winner will receive a grant of 200 euros. In the Open categories, prize money of 250 euros will be awarded in each category.
The venue is Playa de Almáciga in the Anaga Regional Park, in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The black sand beach is known for its consistent left- and right-hand waves. If the sea is too rough, the nearby El Roque beach will also be used.
The championship is organised by the Sports Department of Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council and the Perfectten Surf School, under the auspices of the Spanish and Canarian Surfing Federations. There are separate registration channels for participants from the Canary Islands and the Spanish mainland.
