The festival takes place across three locations and brings together the countryside, agriculture, crafts and regional cuisine. On Saturday in Taborno, from 10:00 to 22:00, there will be walking routes through the mountains and along historic paths, including at Afur, El Frontón and the Roque de Taborno. There will also be the Día de la Papa Borralla, a workshop featuring recipes based on this variety of potato, a workshop on growing seedlings, a session on weaving on a traditional loom with experts in Roseta Canaria, and a route to install nesting boxes in the area around the hamlet of Taborno.
On Sunday, the programme moves to La Laguna, to the Plazoleta de Zerolo. There, from 10:00 to 22:00, the Recova de Anaga Biofest will be taking place, featuring craft and gastronomic initiatives. There will also be workshops on pottery and traditional basket weaving, family activities on biodiversity, and the construction of shelters for wild pollinators. In the evening, there will be two free concerts: at 19:30, JABLE with Jela and Cristina Mahelo; and at 21:00, La Cangreja with Elena Santana.
On Monday, the focus will be on Tegueste and the surrounding area. Scheduled from 10:00 to 22:00 are the 'Las manos de Anaga: artesanía y memoria viva' route in Casas de la Cumbre, the 'El balcón de Anaga: memoria, folclore y sabores' route in Pedro Álvarez, and the 'Senderos de brega' route between El Batán and Tegueste. The programme is complemented by a cyanotype workshop and a wine tasting featuring wines linked to the Anaga Mountains Biosphere Reserve.
