This stop on the island tour is designed for anyone who wants to discover regional produce, contemporary cuisine and creative projects. Entry is free; no ticket is required.

The Canarias UP! venue in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is spread across the Alameda del Duque de Santa Elena and El Manglar. The programme comprises four sections: Caffest, the Canary Islands' coffee festival featuring brunch culture, barista demonstrations, DJs and music; and 'Somos lo que Comemos', with live cooking demonstrations by young Canarian chefs using local produce.
There is also TecnoUp!, where developers from the Canary Islands showcase their video games and projects, as well as UpMarket! featuring products and brands from local businesses. The programme runs on Friday 6 November 2026, from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday 7 November 2026, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Canarias UP! is a tour organised by the Canary Islands Government across all seven islands. The project is sponsored by the Regional Ministry of Economy, Industry, Trade and the Self-Employed and organised by Fauca. The same event also includes the Canarias UP Hackathon and the Tardeo Meet Connection networking event, for which registration is required.
