DJ Symphonic will be performing at the Auditorio de Tenerife alongside the Royal Film Concert Orchestra, conducted by Fernando Furones. The production combines orchestral music with electronic elements, featuring well-known pop and dance tracks reimagined in a symphonic style. There will be two performances on 25 October at 17:30 and 20:30.
The programme includes, amongst others, Pont Aeri with 'Flying Free', Coldplay with 'Viva la Vida' and 'A Sky Full of Stars', David Guetta with 'Titanium', Avicii with 'Wake Me Up' and 'Hey Brother', Calvin Harris with 'Summer', Darude with 'Sandstorm', XTM with 'Fly on the Wings of Love', Europe with 'The Final Countdown' and Queen with 'Bohemian Rhapsody' as well as 'We Are the Champions'. Also featured are DJ Tiesto with "Adagio for Strings", a Safri Duo medley including "The Bongo Song" and "Sambadagio", several tracks by Daft Punk, "YMCA" by the Village People, "Sarà Perché Ti Amo" by Ricchi e Poveri, "Now We Are Free" in a Hans Zimmer remix, and a DJ History medley featuring ATB, "Children" and "L'amour toujours".
The venue warns that there will be strobe-like lighting effects, which may trigger seizures or fainting in photosensitive individuals. Once the hall doors have closed at the start of the event, no further entry will be permitted. Admission is restricted to those aged five and over.
