In his comedy show, Joaquín Caserza talks about mental health and, despite all the humour, takes the subject very seriously. On stage, he engages in conversations with his mind, his anxiety, his fears and his body, which come to life as characters. The show is aimed at an audience that wants to laugh at, and at the same time reflect on, mental health. Caserza invites the audience to explore, in an entertaining way, what goes on inside their own minds.
