The piece 'Phantom' revolves around the idea of not treating dance and music as separate entities, but rather allowing both to become media for one another. This experiment gives rise to a further layer: a presence that takes shape from rhythms, figures and traces with no fixed owner. The performance describes this space as a kind of séance between dance and music.
Darío Bardam is responsible for the concept, direction and dance. The music is by Ant Cosmos and incorporates original music by Ninf.A. Alejandro Cedres is responsible for the lighting design. The production will be staged in the Sala de Cámara at the Teatro Leal in La Laguna as part of the 'Danza en breve' series.
