Soraia Cardoso is part of the programme for EsFADO, the 2026 Canary Islands Fado Festival, and will be performing at the Paraninfo ULL in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The concert runs from 20:00 to 21:15 and is suitable for all ages. Admission costs 12 euros.
The Portuguese singer rose to prominence in 2018 through her appearance on "The Voice Portugal", where she came third. In 2019, she received the 'Female Discovery' award at the third Fado Gala organised by "A Voz do Operário".
Cardoso has sung in fado houses in Lisbon, was a member of the Sr. Vinho ensemble from 2022 to 2024, and now performs at Fado ao Carmo and Fama d'Alfama. Since 2023, she has been part of Fado sem Fim, a project mentored and produced by Aldina Duarte. In June 2025, she presented her debut album from this series in the small auditorium of the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon.
