The festivities in honour of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios will take place from 16 October to 1 November 2026 in the Plaza de los Remedios and the town centre of Buenavista del Norte. The programme includes the 'Pregón' as the official opening ceremony, the election of the festival queen, several folklore festivals, 'verbenas' (dance evenings), parade floats and marching bands, all of which accompany the festivities in the town.

A particular highlight is the festival weekend on 24 and 25 October. On Saturday, 24 October, the eve of the main festival takes place, featuring a procession and fireworks. This is followed on Sunday, 25 October, by the main day of the festival, with a solemn church service led by the bishop. The celebrations thus combine religious elements with music, parades and festive activities in the historic town centre.

Visitors to the event will not experience a single concert or street festival, but rather a patron saint's festival lasting several days, featuring a variety of activities across multiple days. The mix of church services, folklore, dance evenings and parades makes the fiestas particularly appealing to families and visitors who wish to experience traditional local festivals in Tenerife.
