Open-air concert by the Municipal Band in Santa Cruz
The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Municipal Band is giving two open-air concerts in the Plaza del Príncipe de Asturias. The programmes will feature works from various styles and periods, conducted by Ismael J. Brajín González. Admission is free, subject to capacity limits.

The concert series forms part of the Banda Municipal de Música de Santa Cruz de Tenerife's season and takes place in the open air in the Plaza del Príncipe de Asturias. Both concerts begin at 19:00 and last until 20:30.
On 22 October, the programme features "El Fallero" by José Serrano, "Agua, azucarillos y aguardiente" by Federico Chueca, "A Highland Rhapsody" by Jan Van der Roost, "Jerichó" by Bert Appermont and "Glen Miller in Concert", arranged by Paul Murtha.
On 29 October, the programme continues with "Siempre noble y liberal" by J. L. Peiró, "La Tempranica" by Gerónimo Giménez, "A Musical Toast" by Leonard Bernstein, "Harlequin" by Franco Cesarini and "Gerswing by George" by Jerry Brubaker. Both concerts will be conducted by Ismael J. Brajín González.
Admission is free on both evenings. Entry is permitted whilst there are still seats available on the Plaza in the centre of Santa Cruz.
