Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro 2026: Surfing competitions in Playa de Las Américas
The Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro is a surfing competition comprising three events at Playa de Las Américas; this is the ninth edition. Young people, children and surfers aged 40 and over compete in separate categories. On the beach there is a stage, a market and a food and drink area with bars and food trucks.
The Spring Surfest is divided into three competitions. From 25 to 29 November, the ESF Junior Cup will take place, an invitational tournament with €10,000 in prize money for surfers under the age of 18. This will be followed from 2 to 4 December by the Euromaster, where men and women in the over-40 and over-50 age groups will compete for the title of European Champion. From 5 to 8 December, the fifth edition of the Eurokids will take place, featuring the under-10, under-12 and under-14 age groups. The prize here is a European title. The under-10 and under-12 age groups will compete on the right-hand wave at El Medio.
A sports licence is compulsory for all participants. The competitions are organised by the European, Spanish and Canary Islands surfing federations. Registrations for the Euromaster and Eurokids are handled via the competition's website.
Alongside the competition, there will be a supporting programme on the beach. The Beach Stage will be open daily from 11:00 to 20:00, as will the Corona Market. The food and drink area, featuring bars and food trucks, will be open from 11:00 to 23:00.
