Playa de las Canteras is situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on the island of Gran Canaria. The beach consists of fine golden sand. At around 2,000 metres long and approximately 50 metres wide, it is one of the five longest beaches on Gran Canaria. The local council reports that the beach offers barrier-free access, as well as a promenade and a footpath.
