Playa de las Caletas, also known as Ensenada las Caletas, is situated in Teguise on Lanzarote. Its seabed consists of pebbles and white sand, a combination found in only two other bathing areas in the Canary Islands, according to official records. At around 400 metres long and approximately 7 metres wide, it is larger than the average bathing area on Lanzarote. The local council reports that there is a road and a footpath leading to the beach.
