Palabras al Vuelo: Story time for babies in Arrecife
As part of the Palabras al Vuelo festival, there is a storytelling session for babies aged between six and 36 months, entitled 'En la selva'. The storyteller, Isabel Bolívar from Tenerife, is organising the family programme for the very youngest children. Admission is free, but advance booking is required. As places are limited, booking opens on 28 September.

"En la selva" is part of the family programme at the 14th Palabras al Vuelo International Storytelling Festival in Lanzarote, which runs from 8 to 18 October 2026. The event is aimed at babies aged between six and 36 months and takes place at the Arrecife Municipal Library in the Centro Cívico.
The storytelling session will be led by Isabel Bolívar from Tenerife, who works as a storyteller, artist and cultural manager. She is one of six storytellers taking part in this year's festival, which features storytellers from four countries and two continents: Africa and Europe.
On Saturday 10 October 2026, there will be two sessions, at 11:00 and 12:00. Admission is free. Advance booking is required, as places are limited. Registration opens on 28 September.
