The 14th Swim Across at Las Teresitas Beach is an open charity swim in the sea in aid of ÁMATE. There are three distances: for children aged six to nine, children aged ten to 14, and adults aged 15 and over. All entry fees go towards supporting people with breast cancer and their families.

The event is organised as a solidarity open-water swim and supports ÁMATE in providing support for people with breast cancer and their families. It will take place at Las Teresitas beach in San Andrés, near Santa Cruz on Tenerife.
The programme begins at 11:00 with the children's race for six- to nine-year-olds over 300 metres. At around 11:20, the competition for children aged ten to 14 over 500 metres will follow. At around 11:40, the race for adults aged 15 and over over 1,400 metres will start.
Entry or participation costs 6 euros. All proceeds from the registration fees will go to ÁMATE.
