6. Gastronomic Goat Trail in the north-eastern region of La Laguna
This culinary trail takes in bars, restaurants and cafés in Valle de Guerra, Tejina, Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo. The tapas on offer combine traditional and contemporary cuisine, all centred around goat. The event is aimed at locals, visitors to the island and holidaymakers. Each tapa costs a flat rate of 5.20 euros, excluding drinks.

The sixth edition of the 'Gastronomic Goat Route' takes place in the north-eastern region of La Laguna and combines local cuisine with the area's cultural heritage. Participating venues include bars, restaurants and cafés in Valle de Guerra, Tejina, Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo.
During the event, numerous bars, restaurants and cafés will be serving tapas that blend traditional and modern cuisine. The standard price is 5.20 euros per tapa; drinks are not included.
The route is aimed at locals, visitors from other parts of the island and tourists. The participating venues can be found on the La Laguna Zona Comercial web app. The event is organised by La Laguna Zona Comercial and FAUCA Canarias, with the support of San Cristóbal de La Laguna City Council through its Department of Rural Development.
