Life-Size Nativity Scene Fills La Orotava’s Town Hall Square

Every December the square becomes a walk-through Christmas scene, blending biblical and Canarian motifs with a market, animals and a camel among the figures. Our photo gallery shows the scale of it.

La Orotava Teneriffa Rathausplatz Krippe — In December, the town hall square in La Orotava is transformed into a huge, walk-through nativity scene. Various stations are set up to the left and right of the nativity scene.
