Award-winning comedy acts, acclaimed theatre groups, choirs, solo performers, mimes, clowns and many other artists once again lined the streets of Puerto de la Cruz on Tenerife for four days. Several grandstands were erected in the town’s large car park specifically to accommodate the audience. And it was all worth the effort.
Hotels fully booked, busy streets and glorious weather: the city and the festival have once again shown themselves at their very best. The audience were understandably delighted, and the catering businesses also did a roaring trade.
