Playa de Puerto Rico is situated in Mogán on Gran Canaria. The fine-sand beach is approximately 284 metres long and around 105 metres wide, making it roughly equivalent to the average bathing area on Gran Canaria. The bathing area is sheltered, and the official profile describes the sea conditions as calm. The local council reports that the beach has barrier-free access, lifeguards and a beach promenade.
