In our newly created category „Readers writing for readers“, you can become a contributor to Tenerife News. And it’s really easy.
In our new category, posts are written exclusively by members of our Tenerife News community. However, anyone can read the articles published there. This is because the category is not only open to everyone, but is also free from any restrictions. In this way, we aim to give your articles the maximum attention. Selected articles will even be featured in our very popular newsletter!
It’s that easy to become a contributor at Teneriffa News
You can become a contributor to Teneriffa News in just a few simple steps. Here’s how:
- Register with us as usual, for example here.
- Go to our page for submitting articles. You can find it here.
- You’ll see five fields. Fill these in and submit your text with a click.
- We’ll publish your text. You’ll then find it in our category here as well as on our homepage.
It’s that simple for reader reporters to fill in the text fields
In the first field, enter your name so that every reader can see who wrote the article. In the second field, we need your email address. This will not be published. It is used solely for communication purposes should we have any queries. In the third field, write a short introduction. In three short sentences, explain what the following text is about. And in the fourth field, there is plenty of space for your article. There are no restrictions. We simply ask that it relates to the Canary Islands. And in the fifth field, you can upload an image. This is only possible if you are the sole owner of the image and grant us unrestricted and permanent rights of use across all channels. If you do not have a suitable image, that is no problem at all. In that case, the editorial team will select a suitable photo.
And just like that, you’re a contributor on Teneriffa News and can send the link to your post to all your friends and acquaintances. We look forward to reading your piece!
