The new Queen of Tenerife is Adtemexi Cruz Hernández. The Carnival Queen beat the competition at the grand gala in Santa Cruz and will therefore reign over the revellers at the grand parade in Tenerife’s capital.
The grand gala was, once again, a feast for the senses. Lighting effects, bands and 14 stunning Reina contestants in lavish gowns made the pageant a spectacular event once more.
Carnival Queen of Tenerife
The 13-member jury ultimately crowned Adtemexi as Tenerife’s 2015 Carnival Queen. The young Reina thanked everyone politely and explained that she had dreamt of becoming Carnival Queen ever since she was a little girl.
Reina Adtemexie stood out from the crowd in the Carnival Queen contest. Her dress, ‚Aurea‘, was designed by Jorge Gonzálezu Santana. She represents the company Fuente Alta as well as the cultural association ‚Tú Santa Cruz‘.
Adtemexi is now looking forward to an exciting year packed with events both at home and abroad. The highlight, however, will be the upcoming carnival parade through the capital of Tenerife.
