Volcanic Islands in Golf del Sur overhauled by chef Frank Rosin
The restaurant was on the brink of closing, with barely any guests, middling dishes and a clash between the generations of the family running it. Rosin retrained the kitchen team and the staff for his series 'Rosin weltweit'.
