North Tenerife

Tenerife North is particularly well known for its rich flora and fauna. Holidaymakers appreciate the consistent, very mild temperatures. Clouds usually gather in the north due to Mount Teide. This thin layer of cloud does not detract from a day at the beach. For nature, however, it makes a world of difference compared to the 'parched' south. The north of the island is literally in full bloom. The Orotava Valley is considered the part of Tenerife with the greatest variety of plant life. But the north has even more to offer than just this beautiful natural landscape. From Loro Parque to Garachico, the pearl of Tenerife, there is an almost endless amount to discover in the north.
